Welcome to Red Lion Personal Training

Please arrive prepared for your training session.  We always recommend at least a 5 minute warm-up prior to the training session so we can really get down to business.  Don’t forget your towel and water.

If for some reason you cannot make your scheduled training appointment, we request a minimum of 12 hours notice for a no charge rebooking, and similarly if one of our Trainers becomes unavailable for your booking we shall offer you a free training appointment. If you are late the session must still finish on time for the consideration of the next client.
